Do You Know the Anti-collision Principle of Automatic Rising Bollards?

The working principle of automatic rising bollards is like a hydraulic or pneumatic piston, which is the piston principle we are very familiar with, for example, a syringe, a jack hydraulic cylinder. The hydraulic oil forms a certain pressure by the vane pump, and enters the lower end of the hydraulic cylinder through the oil filter, explosion-proof electromagnetic reversing valve, throttle valve, hydraulic control check valve, and balance valve, so that the piston of the hydraulic cylinder moves upwards and lifts the weight. The oil return from the upper end of the hydraulic cylinder is returned to the fuel tank through the flameproof electromagnetic reversing valve, and its rated pressure is adjusted by the overflow valve, and the reading value of the pressure gauge is observed through the pressure gauge.

The piston of the hydraulic cylinder moves downward (that is, the weight drops). The hydraulic oil enters the upper end of the cylinder through the explosion-proof electromagnetic reversing valve, and the oil return from the lower end of the cylinder returns to the tank through the balance valve, hydraulic control check valve, throttle valve, and explosion-proof electromagnetic reversing valve. In order to make the heavy objects fall smoothly and brake safely and reliably, a balance valve is installed on the oil return line to balance the circuit and maintain the pressure so that the descending speed is not changed by the weight. The throttle valve adjusts the flow rate and controls the lifting speed. Hydraulic pressure is more complicated than electric, and it has more accessories. The internal hydraulic and electromechanical integration adopts intracavity hydraulic technology to achieve integrated sealing.

The automatic rising bollards are mainly driven by the pneumatic electromechanical integration inside the cylinder. The main accessories are the electric gas spring and the power motor. The electric gas spring and the power motor are combined. After the power is turned on, the rod can be controlled to drive the cylinder. The advantage of this design is that the lifting can be realized through the simple control method, and the product cost will be reduced a lot. The automatic rising bollard is a complete set of micro hydraulic drive system composed of a micro motor and an integrated hydraulic cylinder. The system is built into the automatic rising bollards through structural parts. Each rising bollard is an independent unit, perfectly realizing the integration of microcomputer, electricity and hydraulics. Equipped with an emergency release system, the bollard can be artificially lowered to open the passage in case of power outages and other emergency situations.
