Installation of the guiding system for the blind in Japan
The installation of the floor guiding system for the blind consists of plastic/stainless steel surface square guiding strips and warning studs. The anti-slip tape inserts ensure sufficient yellow colour contrast between the guiding system and the floor. Guiding strips and warning studs with pins were used (drilling installation). The tactile indicators that an important place is nearby and leads the visually impaired to this place.
