Installation Process of Rear-planting Stainless Steel Tactile Indicator
Stainless steel tactile indicators are suitable for sidewalks, airports, station squares, subway stations and other large public places.
The rear-planting installation method has the advantages of simple process, accurate point location, easy control, continuous process connection, low labor intensity, high work efficiency, short construction period, economy and practicality, and is easy to master, promote and apply.
1. Snap line
Find out the center points at both ends of the full length according to the position of the blinding sidewalk at the paved plate, and pop up a through line with an ink fountain.
Large-scale public places have long blinding sidewalk and a large number of stainless steel tactile indicators. The accuracy of holes is related to the straightness and overall effect of stainless steel tactile indicators. There are two kinds of stainless steel tactile indicators used today: strip nails and round nails. There are three anchor bars under the strip nails, which are arranged in a linear manner. Therefore, when drilling, the hole points must be controlled to be in a line, and the distance difference must meet the installation conditions of the strip nails. Therefore, drilling becomes the key point of rear-planting blinding sidewalk construction control.
When drilling with an electric drill, the diameter of the drill bit must be 2mm larger than the anchor bar of the stainless steel tactile indicator to avoid damage caused by friction between the drill bit and the steel plate.
3. Hole cleaning
After the drilling work is carried out for a period of time, a large number of formed holes are completed and the working surface appears. At this point, the hole cleaning operation can be carried out to ensure the flow construction of the project. There will be a large amount of stone foam in the hole during the drilling of blinding sidewalk. If it is not cleaned, it is bound to cause that the reinforcement glue on the anchor bar cannot be effectively bonded with the hole wall. After construction, the stainless steel tactile indicator will be unstable and loose, and some will be kicked up during use. Therefore, in the process of hole cleaning, tools are needed to clean the holes one by one to ensure that there are no sundries and stone foam in the holes.
Just like the hole cleaning operation, when a certain number of holes are cleared to form the nail planting operation surface, the implantation of stainless steel tactile indicators shall be carried out immediately to ensure the continuity of the project. After the hole is cleaned, the adjusted rebar planting glue shall be evenly applied on the anchor bar and abdomen of the stainless steel tactile indicator according to the requirements of the drawings and relevant specifications. The stainless steel tactile indicator shall be installed on the stone plate, and the preliminary monomer shall be straightened and compacted according to the center to make its abdomen fully contact and bond with the stone surface. When the stainless steel tactile indicator is installed for a certain quantity, slightly adjust the straight line again before the reinforcement planting adhesive is not cured to ensure smoothness and evenness.
