1. Classification of lifting columns

(1) Pneumatic lifting column

The pneumatic automatic security bollard is a fully automatic lifting column that uses air as the driving medium and an external pneumatic power unit to drive the column up and down. Because the air pressure is used as the power source, it is environmentally friendly, safe, and easy to install, maintain, and operate. It is mainly used in highways, pedestrian streets, industrial parks and other places.

(2) Hydraulic lifting column

A micro hydraulic system is built into the lifting column. Each lifting column is an independent unit. The hydraulic lifting column has the characteristics of high waterproof level, strong anti-collision level, and fast lifting speed. It is mostly used in front of state organs and important units as a riot-proof roadblock.

(3) Electromechanical lifting column

It is driven by electric power. Compared with the pneumatic lifting column, the lifting speed of the electromechanical lifting column can be slowed down, and the top force can be controlled by current limiting to ensure that there is no risk caused by operation. The structure is simple, and it can be easily disassembled and repaired after construction, and each one is operated independently. It is suitable for passage openings that are not often opened, such as side gates in residential areas and squares.

2. The working principle of the lifting column

The working principles of these types of automatic security bollards are definitely different due to different powers, but they are also similar. Let's take the hydraulic type as an example. The working principle of the hydraulic lifting column is that the pressure oil enters the oil inlet chamber of the motor through the oil distribution shaft. After that, it enters the top of the corresponding plunger cylinder through the shell groove on barrier-free lifting platform. Due to the different positions of the plunger cylinder, different torques are generated, and the oil flows back to the oil tank through the oil distribution shaft. When the crankshaft rotates, it drives the oil distribution shaft to rotate synchronously. Therefore, the oil distribution status is constantly changing to ensure that the crankshaft will continue to rotate. And the oil inlet and outlet chambers are interchanged. In this way, the lifting column can work.
